2024 Calendar Year

Meet the board and Coach John Pass: April 1, 6:30pm @ MV High School Forum

MVGS Pre-season Summer Camp: (Register HERE)

• When: Dates: July 8 - 11, 1:00pm - 3:00pm

• Where: Mounds View HS Stadium

• Cost: $75.00

  • After registering, payments can be sent via venmo to @MVGSSummerCamp or checks can be written to "Mustang Preseason Summer Camp" and mailed to 4401 Park Glen Road #235, Saint Louis Park, MN 55416. Please include the players name and summer camp in the notes section. 

Captain's Practice:

• When: August 5 - 7, 9:00 - 11:00 AM

• Where: Mounds View High School

• Cost: Free! 

Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting: 

• When: August 12th in the Mounds View Stadium Bleachers

Try-Outs: 

• When: August 12 - 14, 10:00 - 12:00 PM

  • Check in will begin at 9:30 AM near the Mounds View Stadium entrance.

  • All players should wear a white shirt, cleats and shin guards.

• Where: Mounds View High School

• Team Placement: Players should expect to know their team placement after Wednesday's tryout.

"My goal is for everyone to be placed on a team and play. In the event we do not place a player, cut decisions will be based on forming the most competitive teams at all levels. In the event a player does not get placed on a team, a refund will be issued from the school" - Coach Pass

Media Day (Photos): 

• When: August 15th, 2pm (Directly After Uniform pick-up we will start Individual Pictures with Summer Nystrom)

• Where: Mounds View High School Stadium

Uniform Distribution: 

• When: August 15th,

  • Varsity 1PM

  • Junior Varsity 1:30PM

  • C-Team 2pm

• Where: Distribution will be outside in front of the MAC (New Gym area) behind the school, go left around the back side of school

Varsity/JV Pre-season Scrimmages in Duluth: 

• When: August 16 - 17, Bus departs at noon.

  • You must have turned in the Permission Slip and Paid Duluth FEES Prior to boarding Bus

• Where: Bus leaves from Mounds View High School

The Start ofTeam Training: 

• When: August 19,

  • TRAINING SCHEDULE before School Starts:

    • All teams @ MV High School Mon-Thur 2:15-3:30pm daily

  • ​​TRAINING SCHEDULE after school starts:

    • Varsity/Junior Varsity @ MV High School, Monday - Thursday. 3:30 - 4:45pm

    • C Team is at Chippewa Middle School Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 4:45pm (Upper Field) (Bus Provided to Chippewa from MV HS)

• Where: Mounds View High School & Chippewa Middle School

Parent Appreciation:  

• When: September 17th

Senior Night:  

• When: September 17th

Individual Team Calendars will be posted in August via Team Snap following try-outs as rosters are posted.  Once teams are formed, you will receive an invitation to your team snap, and team schedules can be synced.
